Arthur V. Hill, President and CEO

Thirty years of international teaching, consulting, research and leadership experience.

Professor Arthur V. Hill is the John and Nancy Lindahl Professor Emeritus in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  He is passionate about helping people and organizations improve. The Managing Me workshop is the product of that passion and over 30 years of teaching, consulting, research, and academic leadership.  He is an award-winning teacher in the Carlson School and has served on the faculty at universities on four continents. He has consulted for over 100 organizations, including 3M, Best Buy, General Mills, Honeywell, Mayo Clinic, Medtronic, Nestlé, Target, and Wells Fargo.  He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the world’s leading research journal on productivity and quality and as the Associate Dean for MBA Programs in the Carlson School. He currently serves on the boards of two prominent not-for-profit organizations.

Warwick Alcock, Chief Operating Officer

20+ years' experience in education, retail, finance and non-profit sectors.

Warwick Alcock has worked in South Africa, the USA and Europe -- mainly in the education, finance, retail and non-profit sectors. Examples of organizations he has served include USBank, BlueCross BlueShield, William Mitchell College of Law, University of Northwestern-St.Paul, Digi-Key, and many others. He has helped organizations improve in various areas, from governance and strategy to project management, process improvement and performance measurement. An area of particular interest is improving teamwork and organizational culture. Warwick has presented at conferences in Johannesburg, Phoenix and Minneapolis on topics related to business architecture and performance management. Warwick loves the Managing Me concept because it equips people with an innovative, holistically integrated approach to effectiveness that can enable breakthrough improvement.

Anna Avery strives to integrate her passion and ingenuity to create winning solutions and present something new to any creative project or consumer-centric need. She has worked on various freelance design projects with small, local businesses to corporate Fortune 500 companies such as Target, 3M, Best Buy, Medtronic, and United Heath. Anna owns and operates under Avery Made Creative.
